 I’m Helen Quinn, founder of Quinn Oath Advisory Limited and a senior compliance and governance professional with extensive experience across regulated financial services.

I have worked across consumer credit, retail banking and international compliance, supporting firms with regulatory frameworks, governance, conduct risk, Consumer Duty, complaints oversight, operational resilience and business change.

My background includes senior leadership roles within regulated firms and advisory environments, giving me a practical understanding of both regulatory expectations and the real-world pressures businesses face.

I founded Quinn Oath Advisory to provide clear, commercially aware and senior-level compliance support to firms that need experienced guidance without unnecessary complexity. My approach is calm, direct and practical, focused on helping businesses understand what needs to change, evidence what matters and build governance that stands up to scrutiny.
